User Agreement
Dear players, please note that starting from March 3, 2024 (Sunday), East Eighth District Time (GMT+8),
.0 will implement adjustments to the daily winning caps for all games. The
maximum single-day winnings
for each player in all games will be uniformly set at 1,000,000 (MYR), and any winnings
exceeding 1,000,000 (MYR) will be invalidated. Please note that Baccarat games
and 4D will not be affected by this adjustment.
We recommend that players adjust their gaming strategies accordingly based on this new regulation. Please
know, thank you.
- To avoid disputes, please read this agreement carefully before accepting. By agreeing to
our terms, users will be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of our company's products.
- Users are responsible for the confidentiality and security of their accounts and
passwords. Bets placed and accepted under the user's account will be considered valid bets. We recommend
that users regularly update their passwords. If a user's account is stolen, our company will not be held
responsible or compensate for any losses.
- Before playing any games using our company's products, users must be of legal age
according to local laws.
- If a bet is not successfully submitted in our company's games, the bet will be considered
invalid, and the final result will be based on our company's database records.
- Our company records all online transactions and gambling activities. In case of disputes,
they will be handled based on these records.
- If our company discovers any inappropriate methods (plugins) or any illegal group
gambling behavior that damages our company, we reserve the right to cancel illegal bets.
- External factors such as poor network connections, network errors, and poor hardware may
cause differences between our company's product data and database data. The final result will be based
on our company's database records.
- Our company reserves the right to suspend or close customer accounts at any time if you
violate any of these terms, including acting fraudulently, hacking, attacking, manipulating, or damaging
the spirit of fair betting. Any winnings, including account balances, will be confiscated.
- If the funds you deposit do not reach the minimum turnover requirement (the amount of
valid bets is equal to the amount you deposited), we will not allow you to make any withdrawal requests,
meaning your withdrawal request will be rejected.
- GreatWall99/VPower platform's running light machine games will not be counted towards
turnover.
Terms and Conditions:
- Do not violate the principles of fair play in the game.
- Do not cheat or try to influence the game's results intentionally.
- External factors such as poor network connections, connection errors, and poor hardware
may cause the user's game results to differ from the results recorded in the server and database. In
such cases, the final game result will be based on the results recorded in the server and database.
- Each VW2 ID is identified with a bank account holder's name, and the bank account
holder's name for each deposit and withdrawal must be the same person.
- There is a limit of three withdrawals per day. If the number of withdrawals exceeds three
times, a 3% fee will be charged.
- If there is any error in the amount of recharge/transfer, the company has the right to
make corresponding deductions and to recover the relevant deposits and withdrawals
- National Points will be distributed at 5:00 pm every day, based on the performance from
the previous day and excluding the cumulative performance of the current day.
- Basic valid turnover requirements may vary depending on the game provider, and for
example, tie bets may be considered invalid turnover (tie bets are strictly prohibited).
- Our company may change the account number from time to time, so please confirm your
account before entering/transferring money to your bank. Our company will not be responsible for any
losses caused by your mistakes.
- If the company finds any gambling/counter-trading, group betting, system betting, water
arbitrage, the company will freeze the account and will not pay any amount!
Discrepancy in Withdrawal Amount Policy
Dear User, in the event that the amount received from a withdrawal request on our platform differs from the
requested amount, resulting in an excess payment, our company will take the following measures to ensure the
accuracy and fairness of all transactions:
- Notify the User: Upon discovering a discrepancy, we will promptly contact the recipient
to inform them of the overpayment and request the return of the excess amount.
- User Non-response: If the recipient does not respond or return the excess amount within
the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to:
- Deduct the excess amount directly from the recipient's player account.
- Deduct the excess amount from subsequent withdrawals and transfer the remaining
balance to the recipient.
Notice: Policy on Blackjack Gameplay Violations
- No Payout of Winnings: Any winnings derived from Blackjack gameplay will not be honored
or paid out.
- Forfeiture of Earnings: All earnings, including principal amounts, bonuses, and winnings,
will be confiscated.
- Account Actions: The company reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable the
player's account.
These measures are in place to ensure fairness and transparency in all transactions. Thank you

Important Notice | Actions Against Abnormal Game Activity
Any rewards or winnings obtained through abnormal gameplay, abuse of system behavior, or
unauthorized access to unreleased games shall be deemed invalid. The platform will not process any payouts
related to such activities.
Upon verification, certain users and agents have been found to exploit our system using
malicious operations, technical circumvention, or unauthorized access paths to participate in games and
obtain illegal winnings. In response, Vworld 2 will take the following actions:
- 💼 Confiscation of all illegal gains from involved accounts
- ⛔ Immediate suspension of accounts belonging to the players and agents involved
- 🚫 No compensation for any winnings derived from the above violations
The platform reserves the right of final interpretation and the right to pursue legal
actions against any individuals involved in such misconduct.
